NOT RECYCLING - NOW THAT'S TRASHY.
Join The Recycling Army!
To find out what you can recycle in your neighborhood, just google the name of your city and state, followed by the words "recycling program", or something along those lines. You should be able to find a site with a list of all the things you can recycle. If the list is very minimal, or there are no recycling programs available, write a letter or prepare a presentation for the city officials. You can even do the same thing at your school, too!
Reuse!
Reusing things is just as important as recycling! For example, instead of throwing out plastic wrap, you can just wash it off, and keep using it again! Or, if you're done using a container or box that can't be recycled, reuse it as many times as possible! Be creative! Think of as many ways to reuse as many things as you can!
